Branded fitness product beyond generic studio apps
Challenge
Deliver trainer-led workout video and multi-week challenges outside the studio, with subscriptions on phone and browser, plus an ops CMS for large video uploads.
Solution
One Express API serving Expo, Next.js, and Vite admin clients; Supabase PostgreSQL; RevenueCat on native; Stripe on web; Cloudflare Stream for resumable video.
